	Hierdie driedagkursus neem jou op 'n reis deur elf stappe in strategiese bestuur. Op praktiese wyse sal jy leer hoe John Lamb boerderysukses behaal het. This three-day course will take you on a journey through eleven stages in strategic management. You will learn practically how John Lamb experienced farming success!
Indien 'n boer en sy vrou/seun/bestuurder saam die kursus bywoon, betaal die tweede persoon slegs R500 vir die hele kursus. Middagetes en verversings is ook by die fooi ingesluit.	If a farmer/his son or farm manager both attend the course, the second person only pays R500 per person. Lunch and refreshments are also included in the course fee.
DOELWITTE/OBJECTIVES
On successful completion of the course participant will be able: To analyse and investigate the internal and external environment (SWOT) analysis of the farming business.  During this process the participant will also be exposed to the construction of a variety of scenarios. To solve strategic problems in a farming environment, such as human resources, mechanisation, economic, and crop rotation issues. To evaluate farming information to develop a strategic plan. To contribute to the development of human capital capacity and promote delegation through application of management skills. To implement the strategic plan by means of effective communication and organising of activities.
